    Hi

Go to Start / All Programs / Startup folder. If there is a shortcut for a program in that folder, the program will start when the computer boots.

The other most common place for a program to start is in the msconfig utility.

Press the Windows Key+R to bring up the Run dialog box.

Type  msconfig  in the Open Box and click OK.

    Click the Startup Tab.

Look for the program in that list. When you find it, remove the check mark from the programs entry.

    Apply/OK.

    Hope this helps.

Thank You for using Windows 7

    C:\Users<your  User name>\appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\start Menu\Programs\startup.

Appdata is a hidden folder so you must unhide hidden folders.

You can remove a program by going to the Start Orb then All programs, then scroll down to startup and right click on the program you wish to delete and select delete.
