    Hi Ang3l luv,

    • Are you trying to send an email attachment using a cell phone?

Try the below steps if you are trying to send an email attachment using cell phone.

    • Open your e-mail program and compose a message. Be sure to include a title or subject for the message and make sure the message is 160 characters or less, the limit allowed by many cell phones.

    • Add the attachment to the e-mail just as you would to send a regular message Click on the open text box to enter the e-mail address for your mobile device.

    • Enter an e-mail address in the "Send To" box. The address will include your 10-digit phone number and your particular provider's e-mail address. Example for Verizon users: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

    • Click "Send." The message and attachment will be sent to your phone as a text message.

    • Open the text on your phone and you will be provided the opportunity to open the attachment as well.

If you are facing problems it doing the above steps I would suggest that you contact the cell phone service provider for more information.

    Hope this helps!
