ADD THAI TO MY LANGUAGE INPUT

I have windows XP pro and want to add a Thai keyboard but don't have Thai language as an option. How do I add this and get it running?

    Hi

    Start, control panel ,doubble click on Date and time and language... , click add extra language , put a tik on install files for East Asian languages (complex languages), then ok , then Apply , now you will be asked to insert the windows cd in the drive follow the instructions on screen then your Thai language is installed .
