E6400 fingerprint reader

I have a dell e6400 laptop that was running windows xp pro and upgraded to windows 7 pro and now in no way can I get the fingerprint scanner to work, Any idea's?

    Hi Natoar23ae,

    To get the fingerprint scanner to work, you will require to download and install the Controlpoint driver and software utilities. Please find the driver from the link below.

    Ensure that you select the correct Operating system.

    That should be it.
