I've looked around and can't seem to find the answer to this. How do I open the Computer Properties [Control Panel\System and Security\System] (aka System CPL) with a command?

I forgot to mention that this is on Windows 7. How can I do this on Windows 7? The dialog I'm referencing is when you go START->Right-Click on "Computer"->Select "Properties". It shows basic computer information and activated status, etc.
Thank you. That was exactly what I was looking for.
