Aside from on my keyboard.  When replacing information on a form letter, how do you type over the existing information if the insert button on the keyboard does not do it in windows 7.  Does this make sense?

    On your keyboard.

Where on your keyboard? I don't know; it depends on what keyboard you

    have.

Besides the one on your keyboard? Be more specific, please.
