Win32 application. how do I fix this please

Can not play any HP games anymore, comes up with     not a valid Win32 application

    Hello greatwomen,

    ·         Do you remember making any changes to the computer before it stopped working?

    You get the error ‘Not a Valid Win32 application’ because of the below possibilities:

    a. File is corrupt, bad, or missing.

    b. File is not designed for your version of Windows.

    I suggest that you reinstall the HP games from the HP website to fix this issue.

    Hi,

    I'm am trying to dl Mendeley (of which I have previously used) but it says win32 is corrupt. And no I haven't made any changes to my computer. can I get the file to reinstall?
