Most likely the installed print drivers are corrupting the memory of the spooler process

    launch printmanagement.mcs

    start the spooler service

    Drivers

    Refresh

Select the drivers, right Driver Isolation, Isolated

this will move the print drivers into a different process.

Hi Patricia, maybe is too late for an answer but...

You need logging as an Administrator and then remove every printer (except windows ones), after that remove all drivers from the Print Server Properties > Drivers. Some of the drivers you will not be allowed to remove, dont worry about them!

Go back to user account and the print spooler is going to be started, so now remove all printers and drivers restart the computer and install the printer again.

    ;)
