My weather (weather 1.1.0.0) and calendar gadgets default from windows 7 don't display data anymore. The weather gadget is completly blank.  Just the help ? mark and the X when mouse over.  The calendar shows only the orange background.  Any ideas?

    This one is good.. http://www.theweathernetwork.com/desktop/weathereye/

When open, click on the Vista tab for the sidebar gadget..

Thanks guys!  So far I have tried all of them, and for some reason, they all eventually hide?  I should point out that I am also using Stardock's Window Blinds, but I have been using this s/w for several years.  The "hiding gadgets" thing started last fall, novemberish?

I have tried selecting and deselecting Transparency and Windows Aero, but the same issue seems to keep popping up?

But, hey, its  not like its the end of the world or anything.

It may be good, but I found it way to small to even be able to read the settings.  I still prefer MS weather gadget 1.1.0.0  I also use weathereye since for some reason the other gadgets don't always seem to be able to get a connection

I use the free WeatherPulse instead of a Gadget. It's almost exactly

like a gadget, and very good.

If you'd like to try it, you can get it at
