How to view Canon CR2 Raw file in Windows Explorer

I have been going round in circles! 

What have I got to do to be able to view Canon CR2 Raw file in Windows Explorer under Windows 7. I have tried the MS RAW Image thumbnailer but that only appears to work on XP.

Any ideas?
