Hi,
The main problem is caused by corrupt printer drivers, so you need to check with your printer maker to
get the latest drivers (just re-installing the old ones will likely lead back to this errors). Make sure you
get the ones for your version of Windows and 32 or 65 bit.

Logon as Admin
Start - type in Search box -> COMMAND - find at top of list and RIGHT CLICK - RUN AS ADMIN
you can copy and paste each line in except the ones in brackets and hit enter after each.
net stop Spooler
(will echo Deleting all print jobs) <-- you should see this returned
ping localhost -n 4 > nul
del /q %SystemRoot%\system32\spool\printers\*.*
net start Spooler

Check the print cue - DELETE/STOP all jobs - then Right Click on printer - DELETE Printer
