Fatal Error: mscorlib.dll

When i open some programs this error message shows. 

Fatal Error: Failed to delay load library mscorlib.dll (Win 32 error: 127)This program can no longer run and will now terminate

This error message has to do with Microsoft Framework.

Any ideas?

Help would be much apprecitated. Thanks

    Try uninstalling / reinstalling, or repairing, the installations of the .NET Framework you have on your system.  Check "Add / Remove Programs" in the Control Panel for the .NET Framework entries.

    What can be the cause of such an error in mscorlib.dll ? It suddenly happened. Please throw some light on what could cause such an error.
