MSVCP140_2.dll and VCRUNTIME140_1 not found errors

Downloaded Snap Cam to access filters for Zoom. At the end of the install, I received "MSVCP140_2.dll" and "VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found" errors. Uninstalled and reinstalled 2X with no fix. Uninstalled the program, and after restart, now get those messages after windows login. Updated the Windows 10 64-bit with no fix. Any ideas on how to correct the error?
