sound blaster live driver for windows 7

upgrade XP-7 and sound blaster live stop working.

can't find driver at internet.

Is possible solve this problem?

    Hi alentejo,

    None of the Sound Blaster Live products is supported on Windows 7. You may access the below link to know more about Sound Blaster Live compatibility with Windows 7.

    I would suggest you to install the drivers for Sound Blaster Live in Windows Vista SP2 Compatibility mode:

    1. Right click on the setup file.

    Access the below link to download the Vista drivers from Creative, please select the specified model:

    1. Go to properties.
    2. Click on Compatibility mode.
    3. Place a check mark in the box in front of “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and from the drop down menu choose Windows Vista SP2.
    4. Place a check mark on "Run as an Administrator" under privileges level and click on Apply and then Ok.
    5. Now double click on the setup file to initiate the install.

    Sound Blaster Live 24bit does have a Windows 7 driver, one of the tech sites (Tom's Hardware) told me where to fine it at Gateway Computer. Gateway uses that card on thier Windows 7 systems. Also if you have internet with the Live 24bit card installed on your mother board and do a fresh install of Windows 7, Windows will find the driver. Did you know that! There is a EUK driver that will work on Window7.
