Hi Patti4754,
· Which web browser are you using on the computer? Is it Internet Explorer or some other web browser?
· Do you get this error message while browsing any particular website or it happens randomly?
· Do you remember making any hardware/software changes or any new updates installed after which the issue started?
If you are using Internet Explorer then you may try running Internet Explorer in No Add-Ons mode to determine whether the issue is caused by an add-on.
**How to optimize Internet Explorer- Method 3: Run Internet Explorer in "No Add-Ons" mode**
If the issue doesn’t persist in No Add-Ons mode then, use the Manage Add-ons tool in Internet Explorer to individually disable each add-on to determine which add-on is causing errors. See “Option 2: Use the Manage Add-ons tool to determine which add-on is causing the issue”.
Hope this helps. Look forward to hearing back from you.
