    Hello thadividnage,

I am not sure if you have tried uninstall the mouse from the Device Manager and then tried to install the drivers.

Here is what you should try.

    a.     Click on Start and type ‘Device Manager’.

    b.     Click Device Manager.

    c.      Click

    • sign next to Mouse.

    d.     Right-click on mouse entry and choose "uninstall".

    e.     Restart your computer.

Then try to install the drivers.

It still doesn't works(in safe mode)

And i can't try my mouse at other pc,and i think my mouse couldn't be harmed in 1 day, example : I was at 32bit windows 7 and it was working properly, after that day,i installed 64bit and doesn't works(Left and right buttons,or other things working properly, just mouse scroll button)

    Too weird...

    Thanks

    Hello thadividnage,

Installing the 32 bit drivers would not work, I meant the other way around. I suggest that you check if the mouse scroll click works find on a different computer. In some cases this, could be caused by a faulty hardware.

Check if the mouse works fine on a different computer to figure out if this is cause by a faulty mouse.

I also suggest that you check if you have the same issue in ‘Safe Mode’.Follow the below steps to boot the computer to ‘Safe Mode’:

    a.     Restart your computer if it is powered on.

    b.     Tap the F8 key after your computer initially powers on.

    c.      Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu you can stop tapping.

    d.     Use the up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection.

    e.     Select Safe Mode with Networking and press Enter.

    f.       Logon to your computer using an account with Administrator privileges.

    Hello thadividnage,

    1.     Have you made sure that you have installed the drivers for a 64 bit Operating System?

To begin with, I suggest that you reinstall the drivers for a 32 bit Operating System. You can follow the below link and download the latest drivers for the 32 bit Operating System.

    http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=MK

Select your mouse and the Operating System from the category.

You can also try the steps suggested in the below article that talks about ‘Troubleshoot a wireless mouse that does not function correctly’:
