I would suggest you to install the latest chipset drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
Step 1:
I would suggest you to disable IPV6 and then check whether you are able to connect to the USB wireless adapter. Follow the steps mentioned in the article given below.

Step 2:
Download the latest drivers for the adapter from the manufacturer’s website and install it on the system. Download the drivers from the link mentioned below.

Step 3:
Check Event Viewer as soon as the WLAN connection is stopped in order to know which application is causing this issue. Follow the steps mentioned in the article given below to open Event viewer.

Step 4:
I would suggest you to perform a clean boot and check where the you are able to stay connected to the Network. Follow steps mentioned in the link given below.

Note: After you have finished installing, follow step 7 to boot the computer in normal startup.
