I want to uninstall "desktops v1.02". It is not located in my add/remove program folder.

End Process Desktop
It can be done using a free software program called winpatrol.

download and install, open, if you don't find the program
on start-up tab then choose hidden files,
find the file you want to delete, highlight and right click on it.
a list of choices will open.
choose --delete--or delete file on reboot.
that should do it
