Hi soriabibbs,
- Which web browser are you using to go online?
- Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
- Where exactly are the files saved on the computer?
We recommend you to close all the open windows and delete the files in safe mode.
Step 1: Delete files in safe mode
a. See Start your computer in safe mode
b. Once you've started the computer in safe mode, select the file and delete it.
Step 2: If you're using Internet Explorer (IE) to visit websites, try resetting IE settings
a. See How to reset Internet Explorer settings
b. Click Microsoft Fix it and save the tool on the desktop.
c. Close all the windows and run the tool successfully.
d. Check if the issue persists.
Important: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature.
If you're using any other web browser, then please contact the respective web browser vendor's support team.
