    Hi Microhard questions,

Have you updated all the drivers for your machine?  In particular for your BIOS?

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isnt-working-properly

Also, please see the article below with some additional information regarding BIOS:

Press Del to enter the BIOS set-up, and in the first panel right above the IDE specs, you'll see a floppy drive. Scroll down to this using the arrow keys and hit Enter. Then disable this drive.

    Motherboard/BIOS manual - http://www.evga.com/products/pdf/123-YW-E175-A1_Manual.pdf

I couldn't change the floppy disk to none nor change the boot order as no options was seen in the BIOS

You have several options set in BIOS (the hardware configuration) that need to be changed.  You need to change the floppy drive type to NONE as you don't have one, and you need to check the boot order settings as it sounds like the computer is trying to boot from the network instead of a hard drive.  Check your computer or motherboard manual for details on how to get into BIOS setup mode and where these changes need to be made.
