I have twice tried to contact MS support and both times get error 1099 after completing all the details of my problem just prior to providing payment details.  It suggests I contact MS support and give them the error code 1099.  Does anyone know how I contact support as the paid support option isn't working?

There is no other way I know to contact them except by going through that process.  I don't know what the error means (I've checked) and I know no way around it.  It's probably a problem with their server that will be fixed once it is noticed and they figure out what is wrong and fix it.

In the meantime, why not find the appropriate forum here and post yor question or problem. We may be able to help you and we con't charge for our services.

Sorry I can't be f more help but that reallyy is the only way to reach them.

    Good luck!
