I selected boot log for start up and the system indicates that boot log is selected but I cannot find a boot log anywhere. Is it called something else? Where is it?

Which drivers do I not need and how do I change load driver to did not load driver?
My boot log list is 2090 lines long.
Can I post my boot log safely somewhere to be minimized?

Is there any way to get these logs to show up on screen as windows loads, similar to the way it is in Linux? I know that printable text is possible because it is built into Windows NT kernel, and is used for the bootloader chkdsk.
