    Balwinder Singh,

    You are most welcome.

Do you know, Kishan Bagaria? He developed a software with which peoples who are aged like his elder brother, uncles or may be grand fathers are playing with? (Software: Windows 7 Start Button Changer)

He is 12 yrs of age! You can know about him and his software by clicking here (External link).

You can contact me,if you wish (with your parent's advice and supervision) by clicking here and filling up the contact form (this is also an external link).

Always be careful while you post your personal details like contact number, email, postal address in the forums.

Hello MVP's please do not go into my account please send me a message or a communication link. Anyway I would like you guys to help me to be known in Microsoft. I heard some smaller children were used for Microsoft and I was thinking to join Microsoft for 7 years. You can try to communicate with me. I would like to Wright ideas to Microsoft for them to think if that is possible, and maybe be invited to go to the head quarters.

Oh and try to get other children who are interested to help Microsoft.

Thanks you all for the reply's I will be very happy to keep in contact with MVP's, Maybe if ou can you can give me some projects that I will try to help.

Try to help me how to connect with the fourms to the product team and to be known in Microsoft.

    Thank you once again

    Balwinder Singh

    Thanks Mike,

I don't have access to his Live ID.

Microsoft Research Cambridge, might have a high school internship program, looks like they had one last year http://microsoftcambridge.com/blog/site/tag/high-school/, but for 14, which is Middle School, I do not believe Microsoft has anything programs.

If you are talking about being employed by Microsoft, corporate policy tends to be 18+ (there have been a few exceptions, but that is generally the rule). I know if you live in the Puget Sound Area (and maybe by Microsoft's New England Research and Development) they do offer High School Internships. If you visit https://careers.microsoft.com/careers/en/gbl/applyoverview.aspx you can submit a general resume not catered towards any specific job opening. Here you would need to prove your ability so link to any programs or websites you have made.

MVPs are not Microsoft employees, there are many MVPs that have become Microsoft employees, but they are required to relinquish the MVP title.

Connect is a good way to connect with the product team and by participating in the forums, newsgroups you will be helping users and depending on how much can get you noticed by someone at Microsoft, you said you knew C and C++ so you may want to check out the MSDN forums, you may also want to learn C# as that is what silverlight and WPF is done in.

A big thing is networking, attend local IT usergroup meetings, if there are any local CodeCamps or GiveCamps near where you live, attend them, there tend to be a few MVPs and a couple of Microsoft employees at those.
