a.    What exactly is the issue?

b.    Do you need the driver for the mouse?

You can haveWindows automatically download recommended drivers and detailed information for your hardware and devices. This is a good way to make sure all your hardware and devices work properly.

    First remove the device VGP-BMS33

    Then get paired the same again

    Surely now you are bound to find all is working well

    To remove the device

    1. Get pointer reached to right corner of the desktop window
    2. Click Setting
    3. Click Change PC Settings
    4. Click Bluetooth
    5. Click VGP-BMS33 icon on Manage Bluetooth devices page
    6.  Click Remove device

    Now add the device VGP-BMS33 and pair it by clicking pair button again. Needed driver will be downloaded automatically.

    i am looking for the driver too. i followed your instruction and it did not work for me. 

    the mouse is installed but not able to connect to my windows 7 laptop. (drivers in the hardware section is not installed please help)
