I am unable to drag and drop songs from my library in Windows Media Player to be synced for my mp3 player.  When I try to drag songs I see the album cover, track 1 and a red symbol.  I have a new computer with Windows 7.  What is causing this?

Hi johnsda03,

You will not be able to drag and drop from within the windows media player. So rather than dragging and dropping through the Windows media program I would suggest you to open windows explorer. In windows explorer you will get all the libraries listed. Here you can drag any music files present in the music library to the mp3 player. The Windows Media player music library is the same music library listed under libraries in windows explorer.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
