i have tried to downlaod directx multiple times and i get the same error it never intializes.

    Hi ccs2187,

    Which DirectX version are you trying to download?

    1.    First and foremost, make sure that your antivirus or firewall isn’t preventing you from downloading the file. You may disable those software while downloading and see if it gets through.

    2.    If you tried updating DirectX using the Web installer, try downloading the "redistributable" version instead. See if there’s any go.

    GUYS JUST GO TO DESKTOP RIGHT CLICK ON IT AND THEN GO TO PROPERTIES IN SETTING TAB JUST CHANGE FROM MEDIUM 16BIT TO HIGHEST 32 BIT IT WILL WORK FINE ANY ISSUE RELATED TO DIS U CN MAIL ME AT ******@GMAIL.COM

    Same problem here, I added the directx web installer app to firewall exception list, giving all the permissions, and I also tried to turn off firewalls, but the program still has no internet connection. However, none of my application can access to the internet, except browsers, and programs I downloaded from Store..
