Title bar on the task manager window only is missing

While working I noticed that the title bar on the task manager is missing.  Unfortunately I do not remember what key strokes that I had done to cause it to go away.

I have selected the task manager and pressed F11 but nothing happens.

I have gone to Windows help and tried every search combination that I could think of but none of them yielded an answer to the problem.

What did I do and how do I get out of this problem?

Thanks

Do you mean the tabs are missing? Double click on the outside border of the Task Manager box.
