I was trying to install a custom start button for a visual style I installed and it said to end the explorer.exe from task manager and somethinglike dwm or some thing so I did, trying to customize my computer. But when I retarted my computer to see if it worked all I got when I logged in was a black sceen and a pop up that said something like "explorer.exe class not registered" I can't figure out how to fix it and I can'tt figure out how to do that thing that basically "resets" your computer files and stuff to its original state when you bought it. And I don't have the recovery disks or whatever cause their in my parents room and Im really scared that my computer is gonna be permenantly messed up and I really need help. Also I have no task bar or start menu and the only way I can run my internet browser is my going into task manager and opening new task. I really need help badly.

Try going back further. You may need to tick the box "Show additional restore points".

You can most likely fix your problem by using System Restore. Here is how it works:

  1. Keep tapping F8 during the early boot phase.
  2. Select Repair from the menu.
  3. Log on when prompted.
  4. Select System Restore when prompted.
  5. Set Windows back to a point before this problem occurred.

Don't use themes which installs patched Exe and DLL files!
