Remove OEM Logon Logo

I have a laptop running Win 7 Pro 64 which came with a OEM theme.  Part of the theme was a background for the logon screen and a OEM logo in place of the usual default user profile icon.  I was able to swap out the background by either running the windows display repair or updating the background images in the OEM directory (C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds).  I have not however, been able to replace the user icon.  I have updated my user icon via Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts and my updated icon shows up on the Start Menu but still not the login screen.  I tried searching for the image and I tried finding a registry entry but have had no luck.  I also tried contacting the OEM but they couldn't figure it out either.  The support person I was working with seemed to think the login screen icon should have change when I updated my user icon.  So I am not sure if their software has a bug or if the support person didn't know what he was talking about.  But there has to be some configuration or registry key that fix it.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Thanks for the response, however I think perhaps you either didn't understand my post or didn't fully read it.  I am not having an issue with changing the logon screen background.  I am having trouble getting the OEM User Icon to go away on the Logon screen (the icon that defaults to the Sun Flower or whatever), even though I have updated my user account to have a different user icon.

Give my original post another read and if there is anything I can clarify please let me know.  I would upload a screen shot but this forum is pretty limited.  Perhaps I will post it somewhere else and link it.

Logon Screen with OEM Icon: http://img30.imageshack.us/img30/6056/startscreen.jpg

Start Menu with correct icon: http://img842.imageshack.us/img842/9927/startmenu.jpg

As you can see I have changed the background to my own image.  I want the Logon Screen Icon to match the Start Menu icon as it normally does in Windows. As I said Dell technical "support" could not figure it out, even after messing around on my computer for 45 minutes over remote assist.

    Thanks for your help.
