User has been reaching error regarding TPM and PIN access. Error C0090030

    Can you check if the TPM is enabled in this host's BIOS?

    If yes, this issue can occurs because the TPM is using the OEM driver and not the Windows built-in Trusted Platform Module driver.

    To address your issue, we suggest reinstalling the Trusted Platform Module driver (https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4096377/windows-10-update-security-processor-tpm-firmware)

    UEFI for boot. As for the TPM it says that trusted TPM can not be found on this computer. The version shows 1.0

    I've worked on many cases regarding TPM as Windows Support Engineer on behalf of Microsoft.

    Can you share your TPM version? You can check it by typping tpm.msc on Start Menu.

    Also, I need to know if you're using UEFI or legacy boot.
