I have a Logitech Quickcam Zoom Webcam How do i make it work

I have been to the Windows Compatibility Center and it says that  This product installs automatically without extra software. But I have tryed everything and still can not get it to work.

    cant access webcam  windows 7 says no driver and tried software and compatibility mode

    ·        What is the exact model number of the Logitech Quickcam Zoom Webcam?

    ·        Do you see your webcam listed in Device Manager? Do you see any error code or yellow exclamation or question mark?

    ·        What happens when you try to access the webcam on the computer?

    ·        With which application are you trying to use the webcam?

    Webcam will get installed automatically, but you might need to install the necessary software for the camera so that you can use it on the computer.
