1. Have you installed the drivers for the Kyocera Trino s2300 on your computer?
I suggest that you install the software and the drivers that came with the Phone and try to connect it. You might have received a CD with the phone that you can use to install the drivers. If you are still not able to find the right drivers, I suggest that you contact Kyocera Support to help you better with this issue.
