Hi,

·        Are you able to boot into desktop?

·        Do you remember making any changes to the system?

I would suggest you to remove the external devices (like printer, scanner etc) on the system and check

Method 1:

I would suggest you to boot into safe mode and check.

a.       Restart the system and keep tapping F8 till you reach the boot menu.

b.      Select Safe mode from the list and then press Enter.

Method 2:

I would suggest you to boot into last known good configuration and check.

a.       Restart the system and keep tapping F8 till you reach the boot menu.

b.      Select Last known good configuration from the list and then press Enter.

Thank you and Regards.

I got this same message with windows vista on my laptop.  Unfortunately, I can't even boot the computer- even in safe mode and disconnected from any other devices.  How can I fix it?
