So Im having a computer issue and figured maybe someone here could shed some light. I installed windows 7 on my computer erased everything that I had on it. Now on my computer, I have a dell dimension 2400, (old i know but i updated the ram and video card.) and i updated the video card to a ATI RADEON 9250 PCI. My computer only has PCI ports. Now i went to go install the drivers for my video card and it wont let me, during installation a box comes up it says Severe on the top and then on in insde of the box it says*"setup was unable to complete installation. Try to setup your display adapter with a standard VGA driver before running setup."*Weird thing is my monitor is plugged into the graphics card not the standard monitor port and it works fine thats what im using as we speak.

    See http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx.

The Radeon 9250 has no Windows 7 drivers.

You need a Radeon 9500 or later. Even then, there is now only legacy support for Radeon 9500 and later series cardshttp://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Legacy/Pages/radeonaiw_vista32.aspx?type=2.4.1&product=2.4.1.3.13&lang=English.
