I have a digital Photo Converter model PS-C500-VP and can't get drivers to load when I connect the device to my computer. I'm using Windows 7.

On the manufacturer's web site they only claim compatibility with Windows Vista and Windows XP. You'd need to contact them to see if Windows 7 drivers are available.
