After reading other comments, think I'm missing a Graphic driver. Recently upgrade from XP to 7 on a Dell Latitude D830.  It fails while, trying to connect to a projector or my HDTV. After searching for 4 hours on line I have found that I am not receiving a second selection :connect to a projector" all I see is display "standard VGA Graphic adapter"  when I ask to update driver it says it is. Dates back to 2006. Can you help? Please

    Hi TKS OMA,

Unfortunately, we could not find the Windows 7 supporting display drivers from your manufacturer's website, hence I would suggest you to download the Vista display drivers and install it in XP sp2 compatibility mode and check if the issue gets fixed.

To download the drivers you may visit.

    http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&os=WW1&osl=en&SystemID=LATITUDE%20D830&catid=-1&impid=-1

To install the display drivers in compatibility mode and check for the issue to do that you need to follow the steps provided below.

    a. Locate the installer.exe or setup.exe file in the driver folder.

    b. Right-click on the file.

    c. From the contextual menu, choose Properties.

    d. Under Compatibility tab. Choose the version of Windows (xp sp2) you want to emulate.

    e. Select the "Run this program in compatibility mode" checkbox. Run the installer
