Carte graphique non reconnue

Bonjour, actuellement je suis sur un ordinateur portable : un alienware M17 (carte graphique Nvidia Geforce GTX 675M) maintenant assez ancien mais qui marchait bien avant que je réinitialise mon PC suite à un problème technique. En effet, j'étais sur windows 7 et je suis passé sur windows 10 et tout marchait bien. Après un problème technique j'ai donc réinitialisé mon PC et malheureusement mon pc ne reconnait plus ma carte graphique. Elle n'apparait plus dans mon gestionnaire de périphérique et je ne peux pas installer les pilotes nvidia puisque ma carte graphique n'existe pas alors que j'en ai une. J'ai essayé de nombreuses solutions mais en vain, le constructeur DELL m'a dit qu'il fallait que je retourne sur windows 7 car le mon PC portable n'était pas compatible avec window 10 alors qu'il marchait très bien avec jusqu'à ce que je le réinitialise. Ainsi je ne peux plus jouer a des gros jeux car ma carte graphique n'existe plus. Merci bien par avance pour m'apporter des solutions à mon problème. Grégory
