Directx 10 - 11 not working how to download or reinstall

I need help i cant play any games in directx 10 or 11 my graphic card is a ASUS ENGTS250 DK 1G so can play directx 10 games but since directx 11 self installed can only play games in directx 9 need help to fix this

    ·        Do you now have DirectX 11 installed?

    You may try the following and see if it helps.

    **Method 1:**Check whether there are any issues with the DirectX installed on the system. Use DXDiag to troubleshoot any direct X related problems. DxDiag ("DirectX Diagnostics") is a diagnostics tool used to test DirectX functionality and troubleshoot video- or sound-related hardware problems. Check the article mentioned below.

    Run DirectX Diagnostic Tool

    **Method 2:**Certain games are older than DirectX 11 and can't recognize them. They may need some optional files only included in DirectX 9 (which are not automatically part of a newer DirectX version).

    You can download and install DirectX 9.0c and see if it helps.

    If DX 11 is installed, that's fine. DX 11 will revert to whatever version of DX you need according to the game and hardware you are running.

    Just exactly which games are hanging?

    Call of Duty Black Ops hangs and crashes on almost everyones computer, and so do a lot more games.

    In my opinion I wouldn't worry about it. Your version of Windows and your hardware isn't going to allow you to take advantage of DX 11 anyway.

    Your hanging problems can also be related to how you have your system configured, even your BIOS settings.

    dxdiag says dx 11 installed cant play dx 10 games as when playing it hangs i am running vista ultimate 32 bit assasins creed call of duty black ops flight simulator x but to name a few that can play dx 10 can only play in dx 9 i didnt install dx 11 so must have come with an update. i am also running 4 gigs of ram 1600 mhz asus mother board i have 1 terabyte of hard drive space amd athlon  7750 dual core processor 2.70 ghz .so should be able to run all games in direct x 10 sorry only getting back now. have also downloaded dx 9.0 c and done updates with newer games dxdiag says all no problem found.

    What operating system are you using?

    Your video card does not support DX 11.

    XP only supports DX 9.

    Vista only supports DX 9 and DX 10.

    Windows 7 supports all three.

    Also the game you are playing dictates which version of DX it will use.
