    Hi Sky46King,

In order to control the size of the new window, I would suggest you to try the steps mentioned below.

    Method 1: Resize the window

    a.    Open only one window.

    b.    Right click on the upper bar of the window and choose Size.

    c.    Resize the window to its desired size.

    d.    Go to the file menu and choose exit.

Now try to open new window using the hyperlink or icon, you should be able to open it with the desired size.

Method 2: To control the size of the window

    a.    Right click on the icon and choose properties.

    b.    Under the Shortcut tab, choose the option minimized, normal and maximized.

    c.    Save the changes by clicking on Ok.

Now try to open, you should be able to open it in desired size.

If you’re talking about Internet Explorer, then it’s by design. When you open the program you can set it to maximize by the Properties of the shortcut. When you click a link as Open in New Window the window will be in the size of the “draw” window, at the setting you closed the last window in. One solution is to draw a window that fills your screen.

Hope this information is helpful and let me know if you need any further assistance.
