Hello, have you tried closing the help and support dialog box with the task manager? There are a couple of ways you can try to close the help and support dialog box through the task manager. One is safer than the other, but either should work. Please reply here if you need instructions on how to do so. Next, do you have any antivirus or antimalware programs installed? It sounds to me like chrome is getting hijacked and I think some scanning would really help. Oh, I would also like to tell you that my keyboard has acted strange in the past and it eventually righted itself. So, do not worry. I can even make you a video tutorial later if you need me to. First, lets get the help and support dialog box closed. Tip: Press control alt and delete at the same time to open task manager. I will await your response.

Hi rhumdhu,

1. Are you facing the same issue with Internet Explorer browser? 2. Since when are you facing this issue?

Google chrome is a non-Microsoft browse so, we cannot assist you resolve the issue present with it. But it does seem that the computer hangs or becomes busy when the browser windows start opening. I would suggest you to check if you face the same issue with internet explorer. If the issue is also present for internet explorer then you may use the below methods and check -

**Method 1:**You may check if you face the same issue in safe mode with networking. You will have to select advanced options after booting using F8 and then select safe mode with networking.

In Safe mode with networking; youhave access to only basic files and drivers and includes the network drivers and service needed to access the internet or other computers on your network. For booting in safe mode with networking refer to the below links -http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode

**Method 2:**If the issue persists, I would also suggest you to use the windows safety online virus scan on your computer and then check–
