I bought a new iMac 27" with a  ATI Radeon HD 5750 Graphics Card Ran Bootcamp and Installed Windows 7 so I can play some games etc but all that shows up is "Card name: Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" I've tried uninstalling the drivers but Windows just reinstalles the Standard VGA Graphics Adapter settings, I tried usingAMD Catalyst™ Accelerated Parallel Processing (APP) Technology EditionNothing changes I also tried a multiple of different ATI driver with no luck. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Cheers Phree :)

    Solved :)

Boot your Mac to windows (Hold "alt" after pressing the on switch then use the arrow keys and return to select the windows side) Insert the OSX 10.6.5 installation disk and open Boot camp and select setup and install boot camp on the windows side if you have a new 10.6.5 this shouild come with all the updates, if not download the correct update from:

    http://support.apple.com/kb/index?page=search&src=support\_site.kbase.search&locale=en\_US&q=Boot%20camp%20download

Restart and it all should work yay.

The Ati hd 5750 does not show up at all in the Display Adapters section all I see is the Standard VGA Graphics Adapter. I tried installing the drivers version 10.12from http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/radeon_win7-64.aspx#2 but windows kept warning me that they were not valid for windows7 64bit but I could only find 5700 Series drivers there were no 5750 ones, so I'm guessing that's where the problem lies> I'm gonna try and contact ati directly and see what they say.

I'm having the same exact problem.  I installed Windows 7.  I don't get the choice of an OS to use when I boot the computer.  It goes straight to OS X Leopard, then I restart to Windows 7, graphics card won't even show up in my adapters list.

The Ati drivers are for the 5 series and are not model specific http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/radeon_win7-64.aspx

Try opening the Device Manager in Windows 7, then expand the Display Adapters section. Once it expands, double-click on the ATI HD 5750, then select the driver tab. Select 'Update Driver', then 'Browse my computer'. When 'Browse my computer' opens, select 'Let me pick from a list of device drivers...' to the right of a green arrow. Select the latest ATI/Radeon driver and then hit 'Next'. It should install the driver. The latest driver should be version 8.801.0.0, it is on my system anyway.
