what does "your dns server may be experiencing problems" mean

this message keeps coming up while i am trying to connect to a website

    Hi MichaelScully,

    1.    What is the exact error message you are getting while you try to connect to a website?

    2.    Have you made any changes to your computer perviously?

    3.   Are you facing this issue with all the website or with any specific website?

    1.   Was it working fine earlier?

    5.   Is all the Computer is connected to the same router?

    I would suggest you to contact your Internet Service Provider to check DNS settings, and try to assign it manually and check if it helps.
