When trying to run the program install the message I get is "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running.  Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32 bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher".  Is there something I can download from Microsoft to run this program?

Actually, ignore my last post, I managed to get it to install!

I ejected the install disc and re-inserted it, then instead of letting the auto-run installer take over, I went into My Computer >> into the Printmaster disc >> Install >> then clicked on the install button. I'm not sure why it won't auto-install, but apparently the non-compatibility issue can be bypassed.

I'm having the same problem, I had this working with no problems in January but then my hard disc crashed and I had to have it replaced. Now I'm trying to re-install the program and I'm getting that error message! SO frustrating!

Mine worked, too, before my computer crashed and I put in a new hard drive.... is there a fix or an upload driver to fix this?
