    • Where’s this .mzz file located?
    • What’s the space taken up by this file?

    .mzz file extension belongs to “AudioExplosion file format”. MZZ file type is probably old or no longer supported file format.

    C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.

    While we're at it, perhaps you can clarify if the entire contents of the SetupCache directory can be removed, or if there is a function to keeping it.  Some online forums indicate that it is simply the decompressed installer files and that it can be removed.
