Microsoft LifeCam Cinema 720p HD Webcam for windows 7 64 bit

Constanly getting an Initialization Error Message on a Blank Screen and the Lifecam Dashboard is inoperative and greyed out. My HP pavilion trouble shooter for this Show the Camera is working properly with my video image, but your Lifecam program does not Initalize and trouble shoots only common errors. I have checked forums, Microsoft solution websites, upgraded and reinstalled many times. All Hardware and Software install and function normally except for cinema lifecam. My previous Logitech Webcam video feature also quit working about two months ago, but works just fine on another friends computer. I don't seem to have any other conflicts. All 2.0 USB ports are working properly with other hardware. Cinema Lifecam Audio works perfectly. What happened to the video function for several tested Webcams???????? I have tried everything imaginable. I'm consider myself more than proficient at solving most computer problems after working with various computers for over 20 years.
