What is (Security Task Manager) ? I opened task manager and I notice I have too many .exe files running. When I google the .exe file names, different websites, like www.Neuber.com and www.file.net, give me the option of downloading (Security Task Manager). The first 2 files that I googled were Isass.exe and msseces.exe and both websites mentioned the possibility of the .exe files being a virus, trojan, spyware, adware, or a worm.

Security Task Manager is designed to detect all tasks and processes running on a computer and can alert you to any potential security risks. The program is designed by Neuber in Germany.

However it is not designed to rid your system of spyware, viruses or trojan so if you suspect you may have one, you will need an antivirus or spyware remover program.

I have MS Security Essentials and I update it before I run a full scan. It seems like there is some kind of tracking software or spyware or something. MS Security Essentials always says that my computer is OK. How can I check my computer thoroughly, or is MS Security Essentials efficient ?

    Use Windows Defender Offline.

Windows Defender Offline is a powerful scanning tool that runs from a pre-boot environment.  See this article.
