· What exactly you are trying to do?

MUSTEK BearPaw 1200CU Plus WIA Scanner is not compatible with Windows 7.

There is only Windows XP and earlier operating system drivers available on Mustek support website.

I would suggest you to try steps below:

Method 1:

Try installing the drivers in Windows XP compatibility mode and check it helps:

Method 2:

If you have Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate or Enterprise edition installed on the computer then he can install Windows XP mode and install the scanner in XP mode using the Windows XP driver and use it follow the steps below:

this driver driver can be installed in the compatibility mode Windows Vista.
