I bought Photoshop CS5 for a 32 bit computer, and have just gotten a new 64 bit computer. Can I use the 32 bit version on my new computer? I also have purchased a lot of plugins that probably only work on 32 bit......

First of all, note that whether the computer is 32-bit or 64-bit is completely irrelevant. What may be relevant is whether it is running 32-bit Windows or 64-bit Windows (a 64-bit computer can run either 32-bit Windows or 64-bit Windows).
As a general rule, 32-bit programs can run under 32-bit or 64-bit Windows. However 64-bit programs can only run under 64-bit Windows. There's an occasional exception to that, but they are mostly utilitiy programs.
So you should have no problems.
Thank you so much!

Photoshop CS5 installs both 32 and 64-bit versions on a 64-bit system. (Only the 32-bit version on a 32-bit system). The 64-bit version is the default for use, but you can switch to the 32-bit version at any time.
This is so that 32-bit plug-ins can be used. Mamy plug-ins are not available in 64-bit versions.
