I was glad to find out what the Print Screen key is for, but what does SysRq mean and how is it used? Thanks.

Is there some information somewhere that explains this key in standard English?
I have searched in vain for some sort of guide to the keys on my Microsoft keyboard. This appears to be one more example of key information that cannot be found or is written in a language that is impenetrable for regular people.
Thanks for the link- but I'm still in the dark. I understand the print screen
function- but sysRq, the lower case of that key; I don't know how to use.
Thank You.
