my screen went sideways and ctrl alt arrows won't work.

my daughter hit something on my keyboard and made my screen go sideways but the ctrl alt arrows are not working,  what else will do the trick.

    Hi Kelly,

    You need to press CTRL+ALT+Upper arrow key simultaneously to make screen normal again.

    The alternate way is as follows.

    a.        Right Click on the desktop.

    b.       Select Graphics Properties.

    c.        Click Display Settings. Under Rotation, select “0”.

    d.       Click Apply and OK.

    You may also uncheck the option Enable Rotation.

    This Answer makes no sense - except maybe on Syed N's computer.

    Dena B "Anwer marker"...  why don't you try the "Answer" and see if it works before you mark it as the Answer?
